Waited for 20 min after scheduled appointment time but that is understandable and also made clear when scheduling that it’s an “estimated” time. PA immediately focused on my symptoms, prescribed necessary medications and answered all of my questions. All the staff were courteous and competent. As long as Nadine Shelepak PA-C is at Alliance, I will not return. I am prone to sinus infections and have been going to Alliance for over 8 years. I have a file with the prescriptions given to me before. After explaining this to Nadine, she didn’t give me what I’ve always been given. Her bedside manner is atrocious. She didn’t listen to my concerns and rushed me out. Once again, if Nadine is at Alliance, I will never return.
