Greeted immwdiatly when I walked thru the door and proceeded to the exam room within five minutes. The staff introduced themselves to me as soon as we met walking in the door. Katie, the physicians assistant, awesome PA!! Very knowledgeable, had great “ bedside manner.” Ask more questions about my medical history and then dealled into what she felt we needed to get into today. Truly felt comfortable with everything that happened from the time I walked through the door to the time I walked out the door. Highly highly recommend this office and staff. This place is a hidden gem! I always try and avoid urgent care places as it’s usually a long wait, lots of people, not the cleanest and just difficult. But here, once I arrived the check in was seamless, the staff was friendly, the office very clean. And to top it off my doctor spent so much time with me ane was kind and listened. Highly recommend!

Why did you close the Montclair site? Open only on Wednesday for dermatology? Not good. People need urgent care. Not once a week. Open back up

Everything was great, especially my nurse practitioner. I have been there several times for everything from a broken bone to covid symptoms this time and it has always been excellent. Can't figured out the star system, but check the highest rating for me. Thanks for your help.

It was my first time at Carbon Health, I found the facility clean & bright. The staff was courteous and professional.

My husband & I tested positive for COVID this AM. We both were able to very conveniently make online appointments for medical evaluations within 30 minutes of our requests. The UC Village-Albany Urgent Care clinic is modern and attractive with highly efficient, very welcoming, friendly, professional & personable administrative and medical staffs. All of the medical personnel have very kind and empathetic bedside manners and listened very well to (and heard!) and were responsive to our medical concerns and questions. We both were in and out of our appointments within 30 minutes. We are very appreciative and truly grateful to have your clinic so conveniently located near our home. Please keep up the great work!

Came in 4 mins late but staff checked me in immediately. I am fortunate there was no line eventhough I had an appointment.  Staff were very professional and friendly.  The medical assistant and doctor were caring, also moving fast.  i was out in 30 minutes.  Thank you!

Juan, the medical assistant was good and receptive. The PA who saw me was also good but I just didn't agree with her recommendations. She was gracious to accept my opinion and she maintained her professionalism despite my disagreement. She did tell me that she was putting me on dexamethasone but forgot to explain the dosage; and also antibiotic but I already know what to do with the antibiotic. I thought the prednisone was a little high--40 mg everyday for seven days. It may be a good dose but for me, it gives me quiver and crave for food that's the reason why I was hesitant to take it. She did offer me to be nebulizer but I said I'll do it at home.

My overall experience was amazing! The staff is helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond to assist me with scheduling my appointments at the best time and location for my schedule. I would definitely recommend Medical center of Marine San Rafael.
