The care was amazing from the guy who checked us in to Dr. Al, but the X-ray tech today telling my 5 year old to lie down and not move “or he will hold her head down” didn’t work for me. Being in the medical field, I can tell you that’s never ok. Especially with pediatrics who are already terrified. He was rude, unprofessional and must have forgotten he was dealing with a CHILD. I would give him a 1/5 and everyone else a 5/5.

In a word - wonderful! We love PM Pediatrics and were blown away by the staff's care and genuine concern for our child, beautiful office and convenient hours. There was barely a wait, too! I was so desperate and my child was very sick.We went to Panorama Urgent Care Family Medicine. The front desk were so polite and caring. The waiting time was reasonable. The medical assistant was very nice , calming and professional, got a history and did the initial evaluation including checking temperature, blood pressure, height and weight and was so nice to my child that made her stop crying. then shortly the doctor came in and was nothing but awesome. She seemed to be very well experienced and knowledgeable. she explained what she thought was going on and the treatment she was considering, follow up plans and etc. She tried to answered to any question we had to her best knowledge and power. I was so amazed by the attention and care we received at that Urgent care and ever since we have been back there with urgent and health matters. They accept a lot of insurances and for people who don't have any or what ever insurance doesn't cover, they have affordable and very reasonable prices and are flexible for payment plans. I recommend this place without any doubts !

Went there for Dog Bite had a big open wound on the leg, I was out within 40 minutes with antibiotics and Shots all done for less than $120.

I've had to visit here a few times and every time has been a great experience. Friendly, kind and hardly any wait time. I highly recommend it
