I wasn't sure I'd be able to be seen on a Sunday morning, but I walked right in with almost no wait. Check in was easy and friendly. Very clean restroom and free coffee. I was seem promptly and with what seemed like genuine concern for my health. Easy and convenient. Thank you!

Woke up and was very sick. Called and they said they took walk-ins. Went I'm and the only wait time was when I was filling out paperwork. Both medical professionals were great and treated me with respect and dignity. 10/10 would go again.

I came in and was taken right back and was impressed with all of the staff  The facility was amazing and I felt like I was in a hospital.

I was a walk-in patient and got right in. Processing was quick. The rooms are clean, the front office filled with sunlight, very inviting. The care was complete and all of my concerns were heard. The PA, Ann Marie, was very good, I will go back again.

I love this urgent care. It is 5 minutes from home, exceptional and friendly staff and the wait times aren’t bad at all. The facility is clean and well managed. Check-in is a breeze (even better now with the app). I highly recommend this urgent care in Aurora, CO.

It wasn’t a tidy office, a huge stack of snacks stacked in the first office cubical did not seem professional.  Back by the restroom/laundry there was a definite smell of sour, moldy laundry. The after hour NP was very nice and knowledgeable.

It was fast and Monique was friendly and gentle with our sleeping baby. If I need further testing I'd go back to the highlands afc urgent clinic

This was my first time at this facility. Sidney is such a pleasant person and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely go back if I need urgent care.

His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive.
