I’ve been a patient at this clinic for over a year. It’s a pleasure seeing everyone here and they always make me feel special and cared for. The office staff is wonderful and the doctors are professional and they care about me. They all know me and are aware of my problems and make sure I’m happy when I leave. I had an excellent experience at Buenaventura’s Vista Urgent Care. I walked in and the waiting room was busy. The reception staff had a very efficient and through process. The nurses (Thamy and Cora) were also personable, caring ,efficient...again my nurses were excellent. The nurses also made me feel comfortable right away. Finally Dr. E. Segura made sure I was very well cared for. He went the extra mile. His diagnosis and his treatments were very through and he never made me feel rushed,again excellent. Thanks you guys. Dr. Jain saw me immediately! Another urgent care had a 2+ hour wait time. Not my idea of how I want to spend my Florida vacation. Within 10 minutes,I got a positive flu test completed. She treated me and I was out of the office within an hour. It is now the following morning and I feel like a new person. I highly recommend Emergi-Care on Apopka-Vineland. Great care facility.
