I want to share an amazing encounter with Stuart Elliott who works for Zero Lab. He went so far out of his way to help me with a COVID test by first setting up my appointment. Even though the lab wasn't the most convenient his phone manner made me want to drive the extra miles. Then he followed through at every juncture. Gave me my test, made sure I received the results on time, corrected the spelling on my test as I needed to give my full formal name. He just could not have been more personable or professional! I was greeted by a kind, friendly front desk person, Daphne. She answered my questions and showed great compassion. When I was called back by Sharron, she also was compassionate and kind. I was in tears because I was tired and hurting. She was gentle and made me feel like I was important. Next came Zack Cornett, PA. He listened, asked great questions, examined me and let me know what he felt we should do next. We are new to town and it felt so good we found such a caring, thorough place to come. We will be back
