Although we were not able to be seen that day because it was after 6pm when we arrived, nevertheless, we were given instructions on how to be seen the following day. RMC were very sympathetic to our needs and after following their instructions, we were promptly seen and tested the following morning. What really stood out to us was how fast they were working and really putting in a lot of effort to see patients even though they were obviously overwhelmed with test request. We actually saw them running in and out of the medical facility to speed up the testing process. Bravo! Reagan Medical Center!! For not just going through the motions but actually demonstrating how much you care and your dedication to helping people during this pandemic.
