I’m actually a healthcare provider and the protocol for what I was seeking was not performed. It defeated the purpose of the visit. I wasted time and money.

I felt I wasted $165 for the NP to give me a sample of neosporin - I went for draining a blister or something but was told to just wait or wait for fingers to be red or fully numb and come back.  How is that treatment ?

We visited this location twice so far, and unfortunately both experiences involved very long wait times. Each visit required over an hour in the waiting area, followed by another hour in the exam room before seeing a doctor. The staff were courteous and the care itself was very good once we were seen, but the extended delays were difficult, especially with a young child. Improved communication around wait times or better scheduling would greatly improve the

After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
