Surprisingly friendly staff. Dr. Rahmi is pleasant and seems to be a good listener. I appreciated their making time for us.

I have no idea why this group's rating is low. I have been here several times they are always polite and give good care. I gave a 4 for wait times because you always wait when you go to the Doctor.

The staff and doctor's at United Urgent Care were exceptional. They were considerate of my needs and symptoms and ensured that I received the appropriate treatment. Besides the competent staff and doctors, the office is incredibly clean and well-kept. It is reflective of the experience I had there and I would recommend this office to anyone who is in urgent need of medical care.

I've come to this clinic for a very long time. I've always been treated with respect and thoughtfulness and never had too ling of a wait time. I do make sure that if I need to visit the urgent care I come during hours that may not be as busy. I waited for maybe 10 min today, i had to wait in my car due to covid restrictions. I first spoke with Sandra at the front desk she was great, I also met with 2 nurses, both were also fantastic. My dr today was Dr Read. Again fantastic. I've never had any issue here and my primary care and neurologist Dr. Ali is here too.
