I wasn't sure I'd be able to be seen on a Sunday morning, but I walked right in with almost no wait. Check in was easy and friendly. Very clean restroom and free coffee. I was seem promptly and with what seemed like genuine concern for my health. Easy and convenient. Thank you!

I didn’t check in for an office visit on line  so I had to wait for about an hour to see a doctor.In the future I will check in on line

Was able to see me ASAP after walking into the clinic. Friendly staff. This is my 2nd visit to AFC.

It was fast and Monique was friendly and gentle with our sleeping baby. If I need further testing I'd go back to the highlands afc urgent clinic

It wasn’t a tidy office, a huge stack of snacks stacked in the first office cubical did not seem professional.  Back by the restroom/laundry there was a definite smell of sour, moldy laundry. The after hour NP was very nice and knowledgeable.

I fell and hurt my back and went to your facility. They took xrays to see if anything was fractured or broken. No injuries except bruising. Every staff member was nice, calm and patient. I wished this was my PCP. It was a pleasant visit. I would recommend it to anyone.

I came in and was taken right back and was impressed with all of the staff  The facility was amazing and I felt like I was in a hospital.

2 hour waiting time is unacceptable regardless of short staffed providers.

I realized I better have someone look at my arm abrasion to make sure I didn't have an infection. I booked an appt. In Thornton 1st, but didn't realize they were closed until I got there. There was no notification before hand. I then booked an appt. In Broomfield, which went very well. Service was great, excellent and fast. I was in and out with prescription. I would recommend this provider.

Friendly helpful staff. No long wait. And easy resolution to my problem.

Scheduling and check in was super easy. Staff was OK. I think they were super busy so, less attentive and communicative. Was disappointed that I went solely because they told me they could do xray. Upon speaking with the PA and requesting and xray, she told me the tech was not on staff. Complete waste of my time. Had to wait until the next day and go to Health Images which was an even bigger waste of time. Noone has called me with the results like they said they would. I will not go back as I would not recommend the provider I saw. She seemed clueless. It's been 5 days since my visit and I still do not have nor does AFC have results from my x-ray from Health Images despite multiple telephone calls to both places. Right now, what you clearly have is: 1.) Potential breach of standard of care and 2.) Poor follow-up and communication.

Scheduling was easy peasy, and over the past week I had to cancel five times due to no ride and they still took me today. The check-in I did online but when I got there they took me right in. The staff is amazing good people skills bedside manner as well as they're so sweet. And my level of care was a 10!

QR code provided for check-in worked seamlessly.  Courtesy extended from the front desk including the escort to a examination room, was excellent. PA Carla, was attentive, knowledgeable and professional. I felt confident in her care. AFC is an invaluable service to Louisville and the surrounding areas and highly recommended.

Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.
