check in is always nice and quick and immediate which is what we appreciate the most. The nurse that greeted us and got us started was very friendly and welcoming.  The provider named Miguel is not very personable and asked us what’s our goal to be there.. that question threw us off a little. He treated us like a business and it was just here ok here is your prescription have a good day.  I’ve seen him in the past and felt uncomfortable that I didn’t move forward with any suggestions he provided in the past. Appreciate that he gave me and my son prescriptions but he didn’t really explain to me what was going on with me but did with my son. Wished he didn’t treat us like a transaction he tried to complete.  No, I do not recommend this provider.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
