I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. Each time I go there everyone is so pleasant   I moved to the other side of town but still go to the mini er. The chairs and set up are much better.  I would recommend putting a chair next to the check in for those not able to stand for a bit of time.  Just an observation. Just because the front desk person does not check people in it would still be nice to get greeted in a welcoming manner. I want you to keep the friendly high standards up.   Thank you again for being my choice of urgent care.  😊

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here.
