My son was complaining of pain in this ear and he never complains unless he is really feeling bad. I love this Just 4Kids Urget care were  able to take him in as soon as possible without an appointment made. The staff and nurse there are always so friendly and the nurse explains everything so well!

The scheduling was easy. The diagnosis by Dr. Uzonna felt rushed and we felt like she ignored/missed the signs of an infection that only got worse overnight. We had to come back the next morning and see a different doctor who diagnosed the infection and prescribed antibiotics.

Check in is always quick and always greeted by a friendly staff member. Scheduling is so easy and I love the convenience of getting it done online. The medial care from medical staff is phenomenal. Excellent care by professionals who really do listen and care for their patients. With so many coming in with so many complaints, they still mange to smile, listen and treat us with kindness. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here.
