I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I have never been a huge fan of going to the doctor but this past weekend I HAD to go in and after going in I wish I could make this place my primary doctors office! They are clean, efficient and actually care about you! Alan, MaryAnne and Karen were wonderful and actually took time with me to figure out what would be best for my needs to make me feel better - they made me feel like a person rather than a number (other clinics have made me feel this way). Every one was professional, respectful, and vibrant. The facility was decorated like a grand hotel. I saved the Next Level number in my phone to take a gift for being exceptional.
