The transition to the new system made it impossible to schedule online.  I had to call in. First call was disconnected and I had to call back and wait in line again.

Came in this afternoon with a sore throat, and was seen an hour before my scheduled appointment. Friendly, fast, and efficient staff knowledgeable about what they were doing. Some person was speaking loud in the hall during the appointment and that seemed unprofessional but all else was smooth! I do recommend this location they were friendly and helpful.

I have been here multiple times this month & every time it’s the absolute best experience I’ve ever had in a medical facility. I really don’t have the words to adequately describe how truly special this place is! Brittney & Tiffany are my favorites! They are unbelievable humans & I’m so blessed to have met these amazing women! I feel so seen, & genuinely cared for each person here is amazing as well, it’s not just 1 or 2 people it’s the whole staff & Dr’s. I wish I could make this my primary care it’s that special! Excellent customer service. Knowledgeably answered all questions. Appointment and billing were fast. Testing next day was on time and professional. Results available within 24 hours. Highly recommend.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
