The MA who swab me for respiratory illnesses didnt do a great job . I've been doing MA/phlebotomy work for over 14+ years and she didnt do a best practice swab. Also the waiting area washrooms had no paper or soap. One washroom had a Eswab anaerobic culture swab in the sink. Other than that ... great service .

The front staff and medical assistant were very nice. They always have a short wait time which is a plus. However the physician I had was clearly in a rush and not really interested in listening to me concerns.
