Book an STD Test in Harrison, NY

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Dr. Marshall is a wonderful diagnostician! Office staff were professional and caring!

I wish I could make this place my everything doctor. Years of experience being dismissed and rushed, I finally felt heard. Easy check in and scheduling, and friendly.

They are awesome. Fast, friendly, most importantly they listen to your concerns and what you tell them is going on and then check you out and you‘re done.  I would go again. ❤️

Very good doctor excellent.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Excellent customer service. Knowledgeably answered all questions. Appointment and billing were fast. Testing next day was on time and professional. Results available within 24 hours. Highly recommend.
