          Overall experience went very well.  PA very friendly gentle and seemed experienced. Check in on line was convenient and saved time.           Check in like always was quick and staff/care was very pleasant to deal with. In no time I was done with procedure but it did not resolve the problem and they should have sent me medication. Scheduled with ENT specialist for further consultation.

          When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!
