I went to this doctor only to find out that I had a pinched nerve in my neck. They’re the weight was not too bad maybe 30 minutes, but the staff was fabulous. I had to have x-rays done. I had to have shots. I had the doctor she came in and she met with me and she really paid attention to what I was saying And I greatly appreciated that. When I left, I felt like a new person and I’m still going on today. They even stayed almost an hour after their closing time and they had the best friendliest wonderful list attitudes I’ve ever seen. I see a lot of patients complaining about the wait time but you have to understand that since Covid hit they are understaffed and get no lunch breaks. Dr Parsa & his team of angels are a God send for hard working people on a budget or uninsured, in my case both. I had a horrible painful rash of blisters pop up out of nowhere, St Vincent emergency room sent me away with a $330 bill & a misdiagnosis of poison oak. I suffered all nt as the blisters spread, next morning I find Quick Care. Dr Parsa diagnosed me with shingles, fixed me up with some homeopathic gel & prescriptions to calm the blisters. Within a few hrs I noticed a difference. I spent 1/3 of the money charged by emergency rm,was treated with dignity & compassion & most importantly properly diagnosed. They actually care about the community & are there to help heal & comfort you not overcharge & shove you out the door. Quick Cares entire team is outstanding! They have a patient for life!
