The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly. The attention to detail referenced my visit and the care provided. I am visiting relatives from out of state and was welcomed with a smile and staff resolved my issues quickly. Cleanliness of the facility, everything had its place and staff worked well together. This was my second visit to this location.  I was happy to have the online scheduling option and the screen in the waiting room showing I needed to check in.  The staff is VERY friendly, prompt and courteous.   I have recommended this office to others and have been told they were glad they went there.  Thank you for opening one in our neighborhood.

Was nice to go and get in and out in a reasonable amount of time,especially when you don't feel well. Everyone was nice and did thier best. Seemed short staffed. But still efficient. Thank you.

My daughter was not feeling good today and I decided to get her checked. It was my first time at this urgent care and I was so thankful they’re open 24 hours! The wait time to get in was prompt. I loved that we had to scan a QR code to get all the paperwork done. With everything going on lately, I wouldn’t want to keep passing on or receiving whatever everyone that goes in there has! The staff was beyond amazing and friendly! The nurse that checked my daughter was so soft spoken and sweet. Dr Geller was very nice and I loved that he spoke directly to my daughter and explained everything to her the whole time and acknowledged her as the young lady she is! This is a great urgent care and I would recommend them to anyone!

Doctor Abdelbkais was extremely attentive and generous. Front desk was pretty good. The only thing the MA gave false readings on my vitals, the pulse ox never read, but she said she seen numbers. Other than that visit was good.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.
