When checking in at the Texas MedClinic waiting time was lengthy,but once we were called to the back. The Medical Assistant was absolutely very Thorough has a excellent personality I would like if Esther skills were passed on to the intire team. The Doctor also was very thorough and explaining over the treatment and follow up. I diffently would recommend this facility. Just make sure and register online before arriving so it can cut down on the waiting time.

The NP we saw was very knowledgeable and a fantastic listener. We’ve seen several drs and pediatricians with our medically complex child and the np that we saw was more helpful than all of them combined. I felt comfortable leaving this office and not worried something was missed for the first time in a long time. The NP did a very thorough assessment and you could tell she really cared. I wish I could remember her name to give credit where it’s due. Will definitely recommend this clinic to everyone I know!

Overall, I was very satisfied. Only issue was the wait time. We were not seen by a prqcti9ner until almost an hour after appointment time. They had only been open for 1 hour and 15 minutes. To be that far behind that early seems extreme.

Np that saw us was knowledgeable about current viral trends being seen and great supportive care options. She was genuinely kind to my little and showed she cared, not just trying to rush us out of the room, and this was amid a very huge spike in cases during the holidays. I’ve honestly dreaded going to urgent cares but with the staffs friendliness and the np’s knowledge, I will recommend this office for anyone that needs urgent care.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
