Walk in easy, I don't do appointments, but aware of lengthier wait but cheaper than ER visit. Check in quicker with tablet. Staff caring and supportive, understanding.

Walked in after work and I didn't have to wait long at all.

I went with a very serious injury.  There was no X-ray machine.   No X-rays were done.   Which did me no good.  Still in pain.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

I appreciate the staff there usually front staff is very rude but they were very nice and understanding. Definitely will come back here if needed.
