I highly recommend AFC Saugus. I came in on a Saturday morning and was one of the first patients in the clinic. They attended to me quickly and I was in and out in 30 minutes. The physician was easy to work with and attentively listened to my concerns and addressed the symptoms I was experiencing. AFC Saugus will be my top choice should I need medical assistance in the future.

Woke up this morning with ear problem. Was seen right away and issue was dealt with effectively.

I went I for a couple of issues.  The woman who took my vitals was friendly and competent. Then the resident or PA who saw me was friendly and thorough.  She then called in the doctor who seemed more knowledgable.   They gave me one of the Rx that I thought I needed.said they were going to give Me two But Forgot The second.

I was in and out very quickly and Krysta Almeida was very helpful!

Very content with the ease of making an appointment and moreover, the treatment of care.   Staff was very concerned and the treatment quite professional.  Highly recommend this particular site for patients in need of care.

Amazing Urgent care! I went today after I fell and hurt my shoulder and hand. I was seen right away by Dianne who took my vitals, list of my meds, and listened to what happened. She later did my XRays. She is so kind and competent. I couldn't get my medals off due to shoulder pain, she took care of that all the while being so friendly, funny and down to earth. I saw Dr. Wison before and after my XRay. He is amazing at his job. He examined my shoulder and hand to see what I was capable of doing, wrote up the order for the XRays and then explained everything to me in a clear and patient manner. The man at the front desk (didnt catch his name) was also very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend AFC Urgent Care in Norwood. This is by far the best experience I've had at an urgent care!

Very clean and efficient. Med asst Danny and the PA were awesome & friendly as was the front desk staff. I would definitely go back. I waited about 15 minutes. I was a walk in.

I attempted to book an appt online but wasn’t able to do so.  Seemed the website wasn’t working properly.  I waited for less than 20 minutes to be seen at the office.  All staff was professional and friendly.
