I was greeted by two lovely ladies as soon as I walked in, very pleasant and only waited ten minutes to be seen. P.A. Patel was kind, thoughtful, and caring. I feel better already after his treatment plan!

Easy to get an appointment. Short waiting time to see doctor. She was confident and quick to identify my issue, how to care for it and what follow up was required. Will definitely return when necessary.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Doctor was so helpful, patient and kind with all my questions! Was able to be seen very quickly. Would definitely go back.

Booked a last minute appointment on a Friday night, my toddler’s cough took a turn and seemed like she was having a harder time breathing. The staff was so kind and the physician was extremely thorough and reassuring, laid out next steps. Great experience, was easier than a sick appointment at the pediatricians!
