I walked in without an appointment and they got me in and out in about 30 minutes or so. Everyone was very nice and friendly and efficient

Walked in after work and I didn't have to wait long at all.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Truly appreciate the staff in the office they were worm and welcoming. From what I noticed while waiting, is that they made everyone felt important and they were ready to assist. The provider was very thorough, she asked the right questions to ensure she gives the correct diagnosis Great place to go for your health needs

Booked a last minute appointment on a Friday night, my toddler’s cough took a turn and seemed like she was having a harder time breathing. The staff was so kind and the physician was extremely thorough and reassuring, laid out next steps. Great experience, was easier than a sick appointment at the pediatricians!
