The staff was absolutely amazing! Most caring and professional staff I have ever experienced! No waiting time to see the doctor. Being from another state I was worried about being seen, but their facility and staff are hands down 1,000 % better than my hometown emergency facilities!!! Thanks to Sacred Heart for taking care of my broken ribs!!!!

So good to see a testing facility doing only gold standard PCR tests at a reasonable price. Before going to an urgent or immediate care center, go to this lab. It's half the cost of a center.

I brought my son and daughter to Excel Urgent Care and received the best care and customer service. The employees checking us in were quick and answered questions that I had before going to the back. The kids play area was a nice distraction while I filled out the necessary paperwork. I appreciate the fact the area was tidy and allowed my kids to enjoy the wait. Once we were called to the back the Triage tech was extremely patient with my little ones as she got their vitals. We then went to a room and waited no more than a couple of minutes before the NP Diane and her student came in. They were very thorough and answered the many questions I had. I really appreciate the customer service this Urgent Care has demonstrated, it's extremely rare these days.
