Professional Ear Wax Removal

My son was complaining of pain in this ear and he never complains unless he is really feeling bad. I love this Just 4Kids Urget care were  able to take him in as soon as possible without an appointment made. The staff and nurse there are always so friendly and the nurse explains everything so well!

We arrived just before closing and the staff was friendly and helpful despite the closing time.

Toe pain for 10’days. Quick exam. Xray. Confirmed fracture. Treated and released.  Good care

The doctor was very kind and did a great examination. The bedside manner was excellent, and the medication worked well. The registration staff was also very friendly she was nice

I’m 8 months pregnant, with congestion and headaches. They ran all my test in a timely manner and provided me with comfort

Booked online, waited about 10 mins. Got seen, they were worried that I needed more care so they sent me to a specialist. I thought that was an amazing way to show me that they care about my well-being.

It was an all around great visit! I walked in and was seen promptly. The reception staff & nurse for check-in were exceptional. My doctor was even better. Thanks Rapid Med!

I usually have a real positive experience at your facility. But this time it was not as much so. I still left with pain and nothing really to help. The only positive thing was he told me what the problem was. I do have an appointment with my orthopedic doctor tomorrow. I do appreciate having the insight as to what the problem was.

Once we were seen, things were fine. However, we scheduled an appointment, got there shortly before the appointment time, and had to wait an hour and a half before we were called back. Then once we were called back, we had to wait another 45 minutes before we were seen by the doctor.  This doesn’t seem like there’s a good reason to schedule an appointment when you’re not seen until an hour and a half after your appointment time.  We have used this facility before and had to wait maybe 30 minutes, but this was really ridiculous and extremely frustrating!  In addition, I have called back several times to try to get the results of what the radiologist has said about the x-ray but because there is no one answering the phone and it is all automated there is no way to get these results unless I drive there.  There needs to be a way to contact a human being when calling. Again very very frustrating.

The scheduling was easy. The diagnosis by Dr. Uzonna felt rushed and we felt like she ignored/missed the signs of an infection that only got worse overnight. We had to come back the next morning and see a different doctor who diagnosed the infection and prescribed antibiotics.

This is my to go place when needed. App scheduling. Is easy staff is friendly and professional.

Check in is always quick and always greeted by a friendly staff member. Scheduling is so easy and I love the convenience of getting it done online. The medial care from medical staff is phenomenal. Excellent care by professionals who really do listen and care for their patients. With so many coming in with so many complaints, they still mange to smile, listen and treat us with kindness. Excellent experience.
