Once we were seen, things were fine. However, we scheduled an appointment, got there shortly before the appointment time, and had to wait an hour and a half before we were called back. Then once we were called back, we had to wait another 45 minutes before we were seen by the doctor.  This doesn’t seem like there’s a good reason to schedule an appointment when you’re not seen until an hour and a half after your appointment time.  We have used this facility before and had to wait maybe 30 minutes, but this was really ridiculous and extremely frustrating!  In addition, I have called back several times to try to get the results of what the radiologist has said about the x-ray but because there is no one answering the phone and it is all automated there is no way to get these results unless I drive there.  There needs to be a way to contact a human being when calling. Again very very frustrating.

The scheduling was easy. The diagnosis by Dr. Uzonna felt rushed and we felt like she ignored/missed the signs of an infection that only got worse overnight. We had to come back the next morning and see a different doctor who diagnosed the infection and prescribed antibiotics.

I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.

I needed to get a Covid Antigen test to return to work. Alexis & Norma were caring and quick. I will definitely come back in the future for other testing.
