Great staff I didn’t have to wait long at all The nurse practitioner was very thorough  I would come back to this facility and I would recommend to others

Was able to book an appointment and get seen the same day.  Only thing I disliked was that the provider didnt introduce herself nor did she has a badge on her.  She was attentive and answered my questions but would of liked her to have a badge on her so I would be able to identify her.

Second time here great experience both times.

I went in without a reservation and was there when the opened up at 8:00 am. They took me in and registered me quickly, I was seen very soon after, and there turned out to be no sign of strep. I was very competently helped. Alex was absolutely great. She was personable and very knowledgeable with great suggestions on strategy for curing my very bad cold, including the right medicines and strategies for taking them. I was so impressed that, if I have another need to see a doctor I would go there instead of trying to secure an appointment with my GP at Methodist Hospital. I am sure I will be back at some point and I would definitely make a reservation to go when Alex was there. I recommend this health care option.

I recently visited Bellaire ER. The front desk ladies were very nice. My nurse Melissa went above and beyond to make me feel better. Lastly Dr. Quitanilla provide fast precise care to get me back on track and feeling better. Thank you all.

We had the best experience. Wonderful staff, and our regular pediatrician happened to be on duty that day. We didn’t wait long. We will be back again the next time we have an urgent care need.

Scheduling was easy. I was seen promptly and received excellent care. Everyone from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor were professional and helpful. I would recommend this provider.

We visited this location twice so far, and unfortunately both experiences involved very long wait times. Each visit required over an hour in the waiting area, followed by another hour in the exam room before seeing a doctor. The staff were courteous and the care itself was very good once we were seen, but the extended delays were difficult, especially with a young child. This is our family’s favorite place to go for urgent care. The office is very clean. Check in process is very easy and convenient. Wait time does not take long at all. The staff and providers are very friendly and polite. Bedside manner is excellent. I would recommend this clinic.

The medicine was given has not helped my cough and sickness feeling.

Very good visit overall. Hate being sick but going here for the friendly stuff makes me feel a little better
