Book urgent care & walk-in clinics near me in Shenandoah, TX

Was able to book an appointment and get seen the same day.  Only thing I disliked was that the provider didnt introduce herself nor did she has a badge on her.  She was attentive and answered my questions but would of liked her to have a badge on her so I would be able to identify her.

The staff was very nice. I was in and out in less than an hour.

A word of advice they do not have.IV access. So if you think your child is dehydrated, do not take him to the urgent care

Second time here great experience both times.

I went in without a reservation and was there when the opened up at 8:00 am. They took me in and registered me quickly, I was seen very soon after, and there turned out to be no sign of strep. I was very competently helped. Alex was absolutely great. She was personable and very knowledgeable with great suggestions on strategy for curing my very bad cold, including the right medicines and strategies for taking them. I was so impressed that, if I have another need to see a doctor I would go there instead of trying to secure an appointment with my GP at Methodist Hospital. I am sure I will be back at some point and I would definitely make a reservation to go when Alex was there. I recommend this health care option.

We had the best experience. Wonderful staff, and our regular pediatrician happened to be on duty that day. We didn’t wait long. We will be back again the next time we have an urgent care need.

Scheduling was easy. I was seen promptly and received excellent care. Everyone from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor were professional and helpful. I would recommend this provider.

This is our family’s favorite place to go for urgent care. The office is very clean. Check in process is very easy and convenient. Wait time does not take long at all. The staff and providers are very friendly and polite. Bedside manner is excellent. I would recommend this clinic.
