Scheduling was easy. I was seen promptly and received excellent care. Everyone from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor were professional and helpful. I would recommend this provider.

Everything was great, the wait was a little longer than usual. It is expected during this season. This is the only place I use for urgent care matters when the primary pediatric office is closed. Great service.

Walked in and was seen right away. The entire staff was super friendly. When you’re not feeling the best, to know that someone cares, will make you feel better almost instantly. Thanks and kudos to the staff for taking great care of me.

They got me in right at 8:20 because I called a little bit before then and they were like yes come now and we’re very very fast efficient and had all the facts information and ran all the tests now waiting on results, but the staff was all very efficient and caring, and the nurse practitioner or doctor was super informative about what was going on and her opinion on all of it as well as including all the medical facts and things I need to watch out for and make sure I had everything I needed to go home with until we get the results. Got rx for infection the next morning; doctor sent it in right away. Very thankful for them staying and taking me in as the last patient and helping me figure out what’s going on.

I felt I wasted $165 for the NP to give me a sample of neosporin - I went for draining a blister or something but was told to just wait or wait for fingers to be red or fully numb and come back.  How is that treatment ?

Was able to walk in and be seen as a new patient for a cold. Registration was easy amd done on my phone. Check in staff was very kind and professional. Medical staff including MA and nurse practitioner were great. I was in and out quickly.

They didnt provide discharge paper work or information

This is our family’s favorite place to go for urgent care. The office is very clean. Check in process is very easy and convenient. Wait time does not take long at all. The staff and providers are very friendly and polite. Bedside manner is excellent. I would recommend this clinic.

It was fast ,once i did everything online! I love coming here.

Was able to book an appointment and get seen the same day.  Only thing I disliked was that the provider didnt introduce herself nor did she has a badge on her.  She was attentive and answered my questions but would of liked her to have a badge on her so I would be able to identify her.
