We visited this location twice so far, and unfortunately both experiences involved very long wait times. Each visit required over an hour in the waiting area, followed by another hour in the exam room before seeing a doctor. The staff were courteous and the care itself was very good once we were seen, but the extended delays were difficult, especially with a young child. I was pretty sure I had a UTI so was at Medella right after they opened on a Saturday morning. I was only the second patient and was in and out of there in less than an hour. I’ve used them before and the staff is always friendly and the office is run with great efficiency! I highly recommend them.

The doctor on call was extremely nice and listened to everything I said and talked to me for a few minutes and didn’t make me feel rushed. Don’t remember his name, but if I ever have to go to the clinic again, I would love to have him as the attending again! Wouls definitely recommend this provider!

This is our family’s favorite place to go for urgent care. The office is very clean. Check in process is very easy and convenient. Wait time does not take long at all. The staff and providers are very friendly and polite. Bedside manner is excellent. I would recommend this clinic.
