When I went in for the appointment, I was greeted by friendly smiles. Front staff was awesome. They were very helpful and communicated very well about my paperwork. I had literally zero wait time in the lobby, as well as in the exam room after the physicians assistant took vitals, etc. The physician came in just a minute ir two after her assistant left. My physician was very thorough and informative during the exam. She ordered PT, x-rays, and even told me that massages for my back issue were available. Overall 5 star treatment, cleanliness, attitudes, friendliness, and atmosphere. I would recommend this Multicare to anyone needing to see a doctor in an urgent care situation.

Dr. Welsh is an old-fashioned family care physician who provides excellent care, and includes the patient in decisions about their own care. His staff are always courteous, helpful, and discreet. We wish there were more physicians like Dr. Welsh, who are willing to put up with all the crap heaped on medical practitioners by misunderstanding, ungrateful patients and the government. This clinic is a rare gem.
