Check in process was easy, front desk staff professional and wait time was reasonable. PA Theresa was AMAZING. She has excellent bedside manner and skill set to match. I highly recommend AFC Urgent Care.

I was instructed to go to an Urgent Care after tripping and falling at work over an object.  They took X-rays; I never saw them.  There was no wait.  I would not take a stray dog off the street to this place.  I went back to work in incredible pain and could not sleep all night.  I made an appointment with my reputable Orthopedic doctor.  I would NOT recommend this provider.

I made a 10:00 a.m. appointment. Apparently that doesn't hold your place in line and it doesn't help either. I can't say enough, how great the entire staff was. All the way from the girl who greets you and checks you in, from The nurses all the way to the doctor. They were phenomenal. I'm only leaving a bad review because I was there an hour and a half and all they needed to do was a knee x-ray and they could have done it while the doctor was doing a procedure but they didn't. I stayed very calm and nice but it was frustrating. Because there was only one doctor and one front desk person and I felt bad for them. But I just felt the need to write this. Thank you.
